We want to encourage you to take a moment this week as you prepare for our time together on Sunday by reading and praying through the passages.
Consider thinking through these four questions as you read and pray.
How can I adore God from this passage?
What sin does this passage lead me to confess?
How does this passage help me to thank Jesus?
From this passage, in what ways can I ask God's Spirit to help me this week?
The elders are continuing to monitor the updates by the CDC and our Governor concerning precautions for our gatherings. At this time, our services will continue to be mask-optional. We will continue to provide updates if things change going forward.
We do ask that if you or anyone in your household has recently been ill or is currently experiencing symptoms of illness, please stay at home. By doing this, you will be loving others well and protecting the most vulnerable among us.
Please be mindful of the comfort levels of others during our gatherings.

Teach Children How To Tell The Christmas Story Storytelling is a useful method for anyone who wants to engage and communicate God’s Word. But it can be an especially powerful tool for children and teens who are learning how to share their faith with their peers. The story of Jesus’s birth is an ideal place to start, since it is likely to have a special resonance with children. The more invested they are in the story, the easier it will be for them to learn to tell the story on their own.
Christmas Transcendence For Iranaeus, the incarnation of Christ is of one cloth with God’s purposes from the beginning of the created order. Adam was always heading toward Christ. The last Adam was always heading toward eschatological consummation.
Getting Started With Gospel Conversations You want to engage your family, friends, and neighbors in gospel conversations, but you don’t know what to say or you feel awkward moving the conversation toward spiritual matters. Let me share two of my favorite questions that effortlessly lead any conversation toward the gospel. Don’t think of these questions as silver bullets; rather, they are tools for your toolbelt.
